Hello!
My name is Jodie Schuster and I am a fully qualified Mindfulness Meditation teacher based in the North East of England. I have 17+ years of experience in various meditation practices including Mindfulness, Yoga, Japanese Martial Arts, Tai Chi and QiGong.
My Story
My meditation journey began after a traumatic experience in the early 2000s. I quickly become amazed by how much I benefited from simply slowing down and breathing.

In 2016 I stumbled upon Mindfulness. I was immediately impressed by the simplicity of the techniques and tools I was discovering. These were quickly incorporated into my daily life and I seen a significant improve in my health and well-being.

I have benefitted greatly from exploring Mindfulness practices and I am deeply committed to continually developing my skills through everyday practice and Continuous Professional Development.
