Service Description
Experience tranquility with Breathe's premium 1:1 Mindfulness 4-week course, guided by our qualified instructor, Jodie. For 1 to 1.5 hours each week, you'll engage in mindfulness meditations and mini-relaxation techniques, complemented by a comprehensive manual and recorded sessions for home practice. Unlock your potential for deeper relaxation and self-awareness while benefiting from personalised guidance tailored to your needs. Booking for up to 2 people. We cover a 30 mile radius from DH4 4BB. Please read our policies before booking, and feel free to reach out with any questions. During your first session, we will agree upon a schedule for the remaining sessions, subject to availability. Please be advised that this course does not allow for you to springboard on to a teaching pathway.
