Service Description

Mindful walking is a practice that combines walking with mindfulness, focusing on each step and the surrounding environment to enhance awareness and reduce stress. It can be done anywhere and helps cultivate a sense of calm and presence in the moment. Booking for up to 5 people. No prior experience is necessary—join us to engage both mind and body for better sleep, increased wellbeing and improved cognitive function. Booking is for up to 3 people. We cover a 30 mile radius from DH4 4BB. Please read our policies before booking, and feel free to reach out with any questions. Sessions are subject to availability. Please wear sensible shoes as we will be practising outdoors.
